Poppy gives your clients a simple, practitioner-guided path into herbal care without requiring you to add prescribing, dispensing, refill management, or pharmacy coordination to your practice.
Practitioners receive a personal offer code they can share with clients interested in personalized herbal medicine care.
Each client’s intake is reviewed by a state-licensed practitioner trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbal medicine.
Our California practitioner holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and is nationally certified through the National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM). Each herbal plan is based on the client’s health history, current medications, presenting symptoms, and underlying pattern, with attention to formula appropriateness and potential herb–drug interactions.
Poppy uses professional-grade Chinese herbal formulas through U.S.-based pharmacy partners, with customization based on each client’s needs and practitioner recommendation. Our current formulary includes Evergreen Herbs, a well-established professional line used in Chinese medicine clinical practice, along with other professional brands when appropriate.
Formulas may be available as capsules or granules, depending on the client’s needs.

The intake is the first step in Poppy’s care process and helps our practitioner understand the client’s health history, current medications, symptoms, goals, and underlying pattern before recommending an herbal plan.
The launch offer is available for a limited introductory period as part of Poppy’s California launch.
Poppy may modify or discontinue the offer at any time. Once your code is issued, we’ll confirm the current client offer and any applicable terms.
